Healthy Babies, Kids and Families
A healthy pregnancy and first year of life are the building blocks for a future of good health. Healthy Babies, Kids and Families can help.
We are a voluntary program for pregnant women, their families and babies and part of "Children's Integrated Services" working closely with partners such as the Visiting Nurses Alliance, Family, Infant & Toddler Program, HCRS, and the Vermont Department of Health.
Our mission is to help you find high quality care and support services in your community.
