Carlton & Company offers to coach mid-career and senior level development personnel on fundraising process, procedure and strategy. This involves one or two on-site visits per month plus regular phone and email consultation. These are private, confidential sessions focused, but not limited to:

- Evaluation of fundraising materials.
- Managing relationships with fundraising staff, chief executive officers and top volunteer leadership.
- Career counseling.
Coaching is offered exclusively and personally by Carlton & Company’s top consultants, Chairman Bill Carlton and President Peter Nagle, both of whom have decades of experience in all aspects of institutional development including, in particular, the planning, execution and management of capital campaigns. Standard rates for coaching services are $2,500 per month, plus travel expenses.
