Ernest "Puggy" Lamphere has been serving his community his whole life. He spent 47 years in the Springfield Fire Department with the last 26 as Chief. Since retiring he's become a teacher at the Howard Dean Center and he's still a big booster for local athletics. Puggy knows what it takes to sustain a community and he strongly supports the Parent Child Center's Learning Together program for teen moms and the Center's plans for expansion.
