Strong Communities,
One Family at a Time

Who's in Charge

SAPCC is governed by a corps of dedicated volunteers from the communities it serves in southern Vermont. Chaired by Tracey Tanney of Brownswille, the board of directors is made up of parents of young children, an accountant, an architect, a legislator, a business owner and a retired early childhood teacher. The board holds its responsibilities as a public trust, and is ultimately responsible for the agency’s programs, finances, administration and plans for the future. SAPCC is a private, tax-exempt 501(c)3 agency with headquarters at 2 Main Street, North Springfield, Vermont.
